Peterson Homes launches 200-plus new homesites
Builder focuses on lifestyle and community

SALT LAKE CITY – As 2006 came to a close, Peterson Homes found itself in a challenging but enviable position: the central-Utah homebuilder was all out of homes. With 120 closings in three exclusive communities during 2006, the public’s response continues to exceed even Peterson’s expectations.

Now into phase four of construction, The Ranches in tranquil West Jordan is the site for 35 beautifully appointed single-family homes. Down the road in South Jordan sits Peterson’s brand new community, Harvest Crossing, where 100 single-family homes are underway.

Harvest Crossing single-family homes begin in the low-400’s.
